My experience and professional tools enable me to quickly identify and evaluate opportunities and develop creative solutions. My strength lies in my ability to see the big picture and work across disciplines to identify customer needs. 

As an innovation professional, I draw on 10+ years of experience and passion for developing innovative ideas based on market signals and insights. I work most comforable in the early stages of concept development - the fuzzy front-end. 

I use proven methods of ideation, opportunity exploration, and validation to create new ideas, products, or features. As a certified foresight practitioner, I explore future scenarios and develop opportunity spaces, and help to better navigate the directions to take for an uncertain future.

Background:
2016-2022: Worked for the LEGO Group and LEGO Ventures as Innovation & Insights lead.

2009-2016: Lecturer in Innovation Management at Aarhus University (Denmark) with a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship.
